Yes! All business plans come with a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
What is the 1% payment processing fee?
When customers pay through NXT Detail, we charge a platform transaction fee on top of standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). The fee depends on your plan: Basic (2%), Premium (1.5%), Business (1%). Higher-tier plans save you more on every transaction.
Which plan saves me the most money?
Basic is ideal for solo operators under $3k/month. Premium unlocks fleet management, commercial accounts, and AI tools — best for shops doing $3k-$8k/month or running any commercial accounts. Business is for established operations above $8k/month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. Business owners can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do I need to use the app store for subscriptions?
No. All business subscriptions are managed through our website with Stripe. This keeps costs down — no 30% app store fees.
What payment methods can customers use?
Customers can pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe integration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, business owners can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What happens after my business trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, you'll still have access to the mobile app in read-only mode. Your data is safe — just subscribe to pick up where you left off.
